These terms describe how Ezarc Inc uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with the people we work with, and how we handle the information involved. By providing your mobile number to Ezarc Inc or by texting an Ezarc Inc employee, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Ezarc Inc sends and receives one-to-one conversational text messages with individuals inside and outside the company in the normal course of business. This includes contractors, vendors, building managers, event participants, and other business contacts. Messages relate to scheduling and coordinating events, confirming appointments and site visits, following up on active projects, and answering questions from the people we work with. We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages, and we do not use automated or API-driven sending.

2. Consent

You consent to receive SMS messages from Ezarc Inc when you provide your phone number to us verbally, in writing, or by initiating contact with an Ezarc Inc employee. We send messages only to individuals with whom Ezarc Inc has an existing business relationship or who have asked to be contacted. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on business activity. You will only receive messages related to the coordination and business matters described above.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Ezarc Inc does not charge you for these messages, but your carrier may.

5. Opt-Out and Help

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will not send you further messages unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information below.
